Pathemari - The journey of survival, is an upcoming Malayalam movie from the award winner director Salim Ahamed and mega star Mammootty will plays the title character role. After 'Kunjananthante Kada', Mammootty and Salim Ahamed are again joining for this film.Salim Ahamed him self written it's screenplay and Dubai is one of the major location of this movie. Hyderabad is also the outside Kerala location of this movie.
Mazhavil Manorama popular reality show co-host Jewel Mary will be the heroine of this film. Pathemari is the first movie of Jewel Mary in the malayalam film industry.

Nalini is the name of the character which played by Jewel Mary and she is the wife of Pallikkal Narayanan.
